Chapter 9
Chapter 9 — A Woman Who Can't Change
She just turned to look at Manh.
“Sir, Tran Quoc Cong Palace will inform the officials about this matter.”
“In the past, they kidnapped, bought and sold children, hid relics, raped dowries, and tonight they also plotted to harm pregnant women and newborn babies.”
“Please Kinh Trieu Phu handle it fairly.”
Mandarin immediately clasped his hands.
“Don't worry, old lady.”
Old lady Bui suddenly knelt down. Just now she dared to cry, scold Mrs. A, and also dared to threaten Tham Nghien Chu. But in front of Mrs. Ninh, she didn't even dare to straighten her back.
“Old lady, this is a misunderstanding.”
“In the past, I also had good intentions.”
“I bought it with money to save its life.”
“If it fell into someone else's hands, it's unlikely it would survive today.”
Old lady Ninh looked at her coldly.
"If you saved him, why didn't you notify the authorities?"
Old lady Bui choked on her words. Mrs. Ninh continued to ask:
“Why hide its remains?”
Old Lady Bui's lips trembled.
"I'm afraid it will be taken away by someone else."
Old Lady Ninh's voice became even colder.
“Why did you force him to use the dowry to support the Ta and Lieu families?”
“Why did you take the medicine off it?”
“Why did you swap his daughter?”
“Why do you want to put a newly born child in a coffin?”
Each question is heavier than the previous one. Mrs. Bui completely collapsed on the ground. Lieu Thua An suddenly knelt forward.
“Old lady, everything is my mother's intention.”
“I was also forced.”
“My wife's death was just an accident.”
“I didn't intend to kill her.”
The bride and concubine cried loudly.
“You lie.”
“My lady begs you to let the two children go, but you say that a woman's heart ruins great matters.”
“When you strangled the lady, the slave was right behind the screen.”
Lieu Thua An turned his head, his eyes as if he wanted to eat human flesh. Tham Nghien Chu kicked him hard in the shoulder. Lieu Thua An fell down and could not get up for a long time. A Nuong looked at that scene and suddenly staggered. I heard her breathing become chaotic. Right after that, hot blood dripped onto my diaper. Tham Nghien Chu's face immediately changed.
“Proof!”
The doctor quickly rushed forward. Mrs. Ninh was also panicked.
“Xu Nhi.”
But A used her last strength to hug me tightly.
“Don't take her away first.”
“No one can take Minh Duong away from my heart.”
Her voice was so soft it was almost inaudible. But every word pierces my heart. I risked my life and cried loudly. A Nuong lowered her head to look at me, wanting to smile but couldn't. Her eyelids closed heavily. The moment Tham Nghien Chu caught her, the sound of horse hooves stopping suddenly was heard outside the door. Someone outside the yard shouted loudly.
“The holy edict came from the palace.”
“The Marquis Lady Ta Van Hanh immediately entered the palace to verify Ninh Thi's bloodline.”

As soon as the four words "holy decree in the palace" fell, the atmosphere in the room had just calmed down but immediately became tense again. Mrs. A fainted. But her hand was still firmly in front of him. Tham Nghien Chu had to pry off each of her fingers to be able to lift me from her arms. As soon as I left A Nuong, I cried until I couldn't breathe. Mrs. Ninh held the edge of the bed, her eyes red.
“It just gave birth.”
“At this point entering the palace is like taking his life.”
The inner servant just stood outside the door, his voice high-pitched.
“Who dares to delay with destiny on their body?”
Tham Nghien Chu hugged me and walked to the door.
“Proclamation.”
That inner city raised his chin and opened the golden silk. It was written on it that Lady A received Ninh Thi's bloodline and must immediately enter the palace to verify. The words are extremely heavy. As if I had long wanted to drag her away for treatment. When Mrs. Ninh heard the words "fake recognition", her face immediately turned cold.
“The Ninh family lost their daughter twenty-one years ago.”
“Whether or not it is the Ninh family's bloodline is up to our Ninh family to recognize.”
“Which noble person in the palace is more impatient than my great-grandmother?”
The inner eyelid twitched slightly.
“The old lady should be careful with her words.”
“This is the intention in the palace.”
Tham Nghien Chu stared at him.
“Where is the song?”
The inner city was stunned.
“What does Marquis mean?”
Tham Nghien Chu's voice is not high.
"In the palace, when calling for a noble woman in the middle of the night, there must be a palace gate, a female official accompanying her, and a royal physician to escort her."
“You only need to take a roll of golden silk and want to take Mrs. Hou who has just given birth away.”
“This servant asked about the card, is there anything wrong?”
My face changed. Old lady Bui suddenly cried out.
“Sir, the Marquis resists the order!”
“Someone quickly take Ta Van Hanh away.”
“If it was still here, we wouldn't be able to live.”
Lieu Thua An also saw a way to live, struggling to prop up half of her body.
“Sir, the Marquis has a rebellious heart.”
“Take that child too.”
“It is a disaster.”
He pointed at me. My crying stopped. In his previous life, he also looked at me like that. It seems that even being alive is a sin. Tham Nghien Chu's arms hugged me tightly.
“Who dares to touch her.”
The inner lady's face became gloomy. He suddenly rolled up the yellow silk and hid it behind his back.
“If Marquis refuses to accept the order, then don't blame the servant for returning to the palace to report the truth.”
After speaking, he turned around to leave. But the guards blocked the hospital door. His steps stiffened. Tham Nghien Chu slowly said:
"It's here, let's make it clear."
“Who sent you?”
The inner lady suddenly turned around. From his sleeve suddenly slipped a cold ray of light. That's not fluff. It's a short sword. The man who rushed forward was not Tham Nghien Chu. It's me in your heart. When I saw the tip of the knife, I was so scared that I couldn't cry. Tham Nghien Chu leaned to avoid him, lifted his foot and kicked him in the chest. The short knife grazed my diaper. Just half an inch away, it stabbed into the throat. Mrs. Ninh shouted loudly:
“Capture!”
Guards rushed forward simultaneously. Noi was pressed to the ground, still smiling. His hat was knocked down, his long hair falling out. Someone in the room cried out in horror.
“He is not a member of the palace.”
“He has a throat.”
Manh Cui Quan's face changed greatly.
"I passed on the palace's order to execute the Marquis's daughter."
“This is a mortal sin.”
The other person's mouth was full of blood, but he still smirked at me.
“Deadly sin?”
“He deserved to die as soon as he was born.”
“It is not dead, many people will not be able to sleep peacefully.”
Tham Nghien Chu squatted down, his eyes cold to the bone.
“Who are so many people?”
The other person kept his mouth shut. The bodyguard pulled out a black wooden card from his body. There are no words on the card. The back is engraved with half a dahlia flower. As soon as Mrs. Ninh looked, she staggered.
"This is the card of the Ta family's clan's secret guard."
Old lady Bui shouted in protest.
“No.”
“I don't know.”
But her face was already pale white. The fake maid suddenly raised his eyes and looked at Mrs. Bui.
“Old lady, who promised.”
“After success, I will take my wife and children out of the capital.”
Old lady Bui trembled.
“You talk nonsense.”
The other person laughed even more ferociously.
“It's too late for those who don't accept now.”
“People say this child is destined to die and cried until he was born.”
“If we don't take advantage of the chaos and get rid of it, the future will definitely destroy the Ta family and the Lieu family.”
