Chapter 10
Chapter 10 — After I was fired, the company immediately went bankrupt
Half an hour later. The first consultation fee is transferred to the account. Ten thousand yuan. Transfer content: Nam Thanh project consulting fee. Look at the message informing you of the money coming back. My mood suddenly got better. The other day... I stayed up all night to save the project. In return, just one sentence:
"It's been hard for me."
They finally understood. Knowledge... Has its price. Not long after. To Man sent me the first series of questions. In total... Twenty-seven sentences. I skimmed through it. To the point of laughing.
"How is the cold chain loss rate calculated?"
"How is the store's restocking frequency classified?"
"What is the difference between type A and type B stores?"
"Where is the formula for the final quotation?"
Anyone who... Actually followed the project. They won't ask such elementary questions. I only answer the first three questions. Less than a hundred words. Go to the fourth sentence. I just wrote:
"The formula for the final quote is the result of consultation and needs to be paid separately."
Ten minutes later. Chu Khai Minh called again.
"Hua Thanh Hoa."
"Are you taking advantage of the house fire to loot?"
I calmly replied.
"Commercial consulting services."
"Charge according to the value created."
"In the past, your company wasn't like that."
"The other day..."
"I'm still an employee of the company."
I repeat.
"It's you guys..."
"Fire me."
He was silent again. One o'clock in the afternoon. The second amount of money is transferred. Fifty thousand yuan. Quotation model consulting fee. I didn't send the documents right away. Which requires them to sign a Minute of Confirmation of consulting services in advance. There is a clearly stated clause:
"Party B only provides consulting opinions and is not responsible for any errors that arise during Party A's internal implementation process."
Chu Khai Minh did not read carefully. He was no longer in the mood to read. What he needs right now... Is to put out the fire. What I sent them... Just a shortened version of the quote logic. Enough for them to understand the problem. Not enough to sign a contract. The complete model really... I gave it to Nam Thanh a long time ago. Three o'clock in the afternoon. Chu Khai Minh took To Man with him. Appeared again at Nam Thanh headquarters. They are much more prepared. General Director Ly only asked one question.
"Is Hua Thanh Hoa coming personally?"
Chu Khai Minh forced a smile.
"General Hua is providing remote support."
Mr. Ly turned to look at To Man.
"So tell me, please."
"Why can't a Class A store use the average shrinkage rate?"
To Man answered yes.
"Because the frequency of restocking is high."
"And the goods are warehoused at night."
General Manager Ly nodded. She just had time to breathe a sigh of relief. Mr. Ly continued asking:
"If the waiting time for night storage exceeds forty minutes..."
"How much will the loss rate increase?"
To Man's face immediately turned pale. Chu Khai Minh quickly bent down and flipped through the documents. I never gave it to them. General Manager Ly laughed.
"General Zhou."
"I'm hiring Hua Thanh Hoa..."
"Come and tutor you guys."
"It's not like I invited her to be in charge of the project."
The meeting... Failed again. Meeting recording. The Head of the Purchasing Department secretly sent it to me. Include a sentence.
"Sister Hua, in the end, General Manager Ly also told General Chu to stop wasting both sides' time."
I just answer: At the same time. The Chu Khai Minh company's internal chat group exploded again. The official notice from Nam Thanh has been sent. Project thirty million yuan... Officially cancelled. The Finance Department announced in the group:
"This quarter's bonus is temporarily stopped being paid."
The whole office was immediately in an uproar.
"Based on what?"
"Who is the one who lost the project?"
"When Ms. Hua was still here, the contract was about to be signed. Who fired her?"
"Didn't To Man say she could take over? What did she finally take over?"
A few minutes later. To Man posted a status line.
"Some people have already left and still want to destroy the place that once raised them. The vision is so small."
Photos were immediately sent to me. I looked at that line. Then replied in a mode that only she could see:
"The foundation collapsed..."
"It's not because I kicked."
"But because you guys broke down the load-bearing wall."
Less than a few minutes. To Man silently deleted the post. Seven o'clock in the evening. I received a call from an unknown number. The other end of the line introduced itself:
"I am the Deputy General Director of General Zhou's company."
His voice was full of fatigue.
"I represent the Board of Directors..."
"I want to meet you once."
I raised my eyebrows slightly.
"Board of directors?"
He stopped for a few seconds. Then slowly said:
"The fact that General Zhou arbitrarily fired you..."
"The Board of Directors learned today."
"The Nam Thanh project has been canceled."
"The shareholders are looking for responsibility."
I glanced at the consulting fee transfer history on my phone.
"If you want to meet, you can."
"My time is expensive."
Deputy General Director Tan immediately responded:
"It will be calculated according to your consulting fee."
I smiled.
"Then ten o'clock tomorrow morning."
