Chapter 13
Chapter 13 — After Remarrying, I Lost You Forever
The bottom of Le Tri Dien's eyes were filled with disappointment, she couldn't understand how he could utter those words telling her to leave. When he emerged from the mess, still smelling of another woman's perfume, his face remained calm, without the slightest guilt, as if what she had just seen were his true thoughts. He grabbed her shoulder: "Wife, you found me really quickly."
"Luc Vi had an affair with you, you have to take responsibility for her. She is very obedient, she will not compete with you for the position of Deputy Lady."
“The villa is so large, give her a place to stay, okay?”
He had good intentions to negotiate, but Le Tri Dien gave him two options: "Either cut off with Luc Vi, or we divorce." He felt she didn't understand. Other people can raise women outside, so why do you have to compromise with her? It was the first time he saw her in trouble. Haven't you treated her well enough? When she was sick, he gave up all his work to be with her for 7 days and 7 nights. She wanted to pray for blessings, he took one step and bowed down 9,000 steps. The items she wanted were never delivered to the villa more than 3 days later. He treated her so well. Why couldn't she sympathize with him? He is a normal man, with desires and a bad male nature. Why can't she be a little more tolerant? Why not pretend that nothing happened? Open your mouth and ask for a divorce. He looked at her cold face and even thought she was being arrogant. She was sure that after so many years of love between the two of them, she was sure that he would not give up on her, so she dared to open his mouth and ask for a divorce. So he laughed jokingly: "Wife, if you insist on causing trouble, I agree." He took Luc Vi back to the villa. The two rolled around from the living room sofa to the bathroom, even leaving the scent on the couple's wedding bed. She never screamed, never questioned. She quietly divorced. Holding the divorce papers, he was still confident that she did not dare to leave him, sooner or later she would have to regret it and beg him to come back. But she has truly turned into a stranger. At work, she was forced to drink alcohol. He sat in the chair, watching her gulp until she vomited, the corners of her eyes turning red. He sat right across from her, silently telling himself that if she opened her mouth to beg, he would help. But she didn't even look at him, staggered out, and didn't even need him to help her. Accidentally meeting him in Beijing, she ignored him and walked straight past him. He grabbed her hand, asking if she was taking one step back to take two steps forward. Le Tri Dien laughed sarcastically: "Pho Chieu Da, I don't have that much ambition."
"Oh right, take good care of your new relationship. If you dare to hang around in front of me again, I won't mind tearing off my face so everyone can see what kind of man the General Director of the Pho group is."
He thought that sooner or later she would have to kneel and ask for forgiveness. He watched her suffer resentment in the company, being bullied, mostly because he tolerated it, even secretly tolerated it. But he did not expect that another man would appear next to her. That person went to work with her and discussed her ideal future. Her smile when she was with that person was much bigger, there was even a reliance and relaxation that she had never given him. Deputy Chieu Da Don't allow that to happen. Her whole being belongs to him, all her emotions must belong to him. So he started to want to reconcile, but she refused. The rose he gave was thrown away, the diamond ring was returned. He began to panic and immediately kicked Luc Vi away. He humbly knelt before her:
“Wife, I'm wrong, I'm a bastard, I'm possessed by the devil.”
“Can you forgive me one more time?”
