Chapter 3
Chapter 3 — Love At The End Of Copy
Before I could answer, a thick kiss blocked my lips. My waist trembled, I almost couldn't stand. The corners of his eyes were slightly red, filled with a bit of malice.
"Are you not treating me well? Or... do you not like me anymore?"
I shook my head.
“No, no.”
“So why do we have to keep our distance?” His eyes darkened, his throat moved slightly. "Is it because you don't satisfy me? So I..."
“No no no, you satisfy me very much, you are very powerful.” I nodded seriously.
Hoo Vo Cuu gently bit my lips, his hot face buried in the hollow of my shoulder, hugging me tighter.
“So why are you keeping your distance?”
The bullets exploded again.
“What? Is the male lead no longer pure?”
“Oh my god, this pose... is the male lead holding back?”
"Am I the only one who thinks the male lead and supporting female are quite compatible?"
“The woman looks like a blogger I know, let me go find it.”
Oh, someone still remembers me. It seems that this face of mine has also left a bold mark on the internet.

The next day, on the path we had to take to get to the fourth floor, we were blocked by a giant iron door. The door was covered with black vines, emitting an extremely unhealthy aura.
“This thing seems to be alive.” Trieu Cuong tried to slash with a knife, but the vines were as hard as steel, and instead made his hand numb.
Just as we were at a loss, another team appeared at the other end of the hallway. The leader is a short-haired woman wearing a black windbreaker, tall and thin, with sharp eyes. Trieu Cuong shouted excitedly.
"Oh my god! It's the great minister Lam Thanh Nguyet - third place in the rankings!"
My heart twitched slightly. Lam Thanh Nguyet, the female lead of the original, is also Huo Vo Cuu's official CP. Lam Thanh Nguyet stepped forward, her eyes glanced over us, finally stopping on Hoo Vo Cuu.
“Admired for a long time.”
Hoo Vo Cuu nodded slightly as a greeting. Bullets immediately exploded.
"Here it comes! The female lead finally meets the male lead!"
"Strong alliance! The male lead's destined wife!"
“The exciting plot is about to begin, two strong cooperation, maximum power level!”
"That's great, finally I don't have to watch women drag their legs anymore."
I tightened my grip on my shirt, my heart suddenly felt sour. Obviously I have tried to control my feelings for Huo Wu Cuu. Yet seeing the bullets say that, I still felt uncomfortable. Her eyes continued to fall on me.
"This door is a soul-swallowing vine. A direct attack won't work. Let's combine our two teams and look for clues."
Not waiting for Hoc Vo Cuu to answer, I spoke first.
“Then let's go together.”
Hoo Vo Cuu hesitated for a moment, in the end he didn't say anything, just nodded. It's just... why is the hand on my waist tightening? Leave it alone. The larger the squad, the greater the chance of survival. You must be humble, stable, don't let people hate you, try to survive every minute and every second! I proactively moved to the back, reducing my sense of existence. Lam Thanh Nguyet and Hoo Vo Cuu walked ahead to open the way, the two of them quietly discussed the rules of the dungeon. Occasionally, Lam Thanh Nguyet would make an observation, and Hoc Vo Cuu would nod in agreement. The two of them standing next to each other... are truly a perfect match. I felt a bit uncomfortable, so I decided to turn around Head away and don't look anymore. Trieu Cuong leaned closer, his voice sarcastic.
"See? This is the person who can stand on par with Mr. Hoac. A flower vase like you will get kicked sooner or later."
“At least I'm a beautiful flower vase,” I glared at him, “what about you? You're not even a flower vase.”

We finally found a clue in the second floor library. In a book of botanical illustrations, there was a yellowed bookmark. On it was written: Soul-devouring vines are afraid of strong light and high temperatures.
“I have incendiary bombs.” A member of Lam Thanh Nguyet's team said.
“No way.” Huo Wu Cuu immediately denied.
“This place is full of wooden structures, it will cause a big fire, we will be trapped to death in here.”
I looked at the small, almost faded text on the bookmark and suddenly spoke up.
“Maybe there's no need to use fire.”
Everyone looked towards me. I pointed to that text.
“Here it is written: ‘especially afraid of sunflowers in the sunlight.’”
I took out a makeup mirror from my backpack and brought it with me.
“Does anyone have a strong flashlight?”
Trieu Cuong looked at me with an expression of "what are you planning to do", but still gave it to me. I shined the flashlight into the mirror, adjusted the angle, and reflected the light towards a potted plant placed in the darkness at the end of the hallway.
"The roots of the soul-swallowing vine are very long, this whole building is its trunk. We attack the door in vain, we must find its weak point."
The light shines on the seemingly harmless plant pot. The tree suddenly let out a shrill hissing sound, twisted crazily and then quickly withered. The vines on the far door also immediately withered and cracked as if the water had been drained. I breathed a sigh of relief. This is a little life tip I once read in an obscure magazine. Unexpectedly, it actually worked.
“Oh my god, this operation is amazing, is knowledge really power?”
“Just a blind cat with fried fish, she's just lucky.”
