Chapter 7
Chapter 7 — My Fiance Punished Me To Stand In The Sun
"Jealous of your allergy to pollen? Or jealous of your exemption from training based entirely on deception? Lam Vi, if only you had a little real ability, you wouldn't live like this." She was completely speechless. I turned around and went into the dormitory building. Her voice came from behind, sharp enough to change: "Tong Dao, you just wait! Tomorrow's rehearsal I won't leave you alone!" I didn't stop walking. At rehearsal the next day, everything went very smoothly. My squad in turn completed the team review, military martial arts and choir according to the correct procedures. Temporary score ranked second in the whole school. The final category is the coach's comments. Pho Tu Hanh held the microphone and stood on the president's podium, praised a few words and then said: "Next, invite classmate Tong Dao, the leader of our team, representing all students participating in the training to speak." I took a deep breath and walked up to the stage. I memorized last night's speech. Three hundred words, very simple. Thank you coach, thank you, looking forward to the future. When he said the last sentence, someone suddenly shouted in the yard. I instinctively looked over, only to see Lam Vi come out of nowhere, holding a glass of water in his hand, rushing straight towards the chairman's podium, shouting: "Tong Dao, please let me go, I beg you!" The whole school was in an uproar. Security staff have not yet responded. She ran to the bottom of the stairs, raised the glass of water and tried to splash it on me. I don't avoid it. Because before she could splash the water, Pho Tu Hanh stepped up from the side and reached out to hold her wrist tightly. The glass of water tilted, more than half of the cup fell to the ground, a small portion splashed onto Pho Tu Hanh's sleeve. Lam Vi's wrist was held by him, unable to move. The expression on his face changed from "acting" to "horror", and the words in his mouth were stuck. Pho Tu Hanh bowed his head, looked at her, let go and said two words into the microphone: "Take it away." Two security guards pulled her away from there. There was silence below for a full three seconds, then a huge chatter erupted. Pho Tu Hanh turned to look at me, lowered his voice: "Are you okay?" I shook my head, accepted the microphone he gave me, smiled at everyone in the yard: "Sorry, there was a bit of an incident just now. Let's continue." The noise below gradually subsided. After the rehearsal ended, the results were announced. Our squad ranked first in total points. When we dispersed, Trieu Van and the others excitedly pulled me around. To Manh hugged my arm and shouted, "Dao Dao, you are truly a god." Giang Ngu Nam chased after Pho Tu Hanh and asked: "Coach Pho, your gesture of holding Lam Vi's wrist just now is so handsome, can you teach me?" I stood in the crowd and smiled. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a person standing in the corner of the gymnasium. Luc Tram had changed into his usual clothes, folded his arms and leaned against the fence, across from a gym full of people looking at me. The distance was too far so I couldn't see the expression clearly, but that pose was kept for a long time. Until the crowd completely dispersed, he still stood there. I withdrew my gaze and walked with my friends towards the restaurant. The phone vibrates. It's a very long text message from Luc Tram: "Tong Dao, I have seriously thought about it. I handled things incorrectly in the past. I didn't take good care of you, nor did I stand by your side when you needed it. I don't ask for your forgiveness right away, but please give me a chance to get to know you again. I picked up the ring, if you're willing..." I didn't finish reading and directly deleted the chat box. Stop for a moment, I pulled him back into the blacklist. Trieu Van came over to look at the screen: "Who is it?" "Spam message." I put the phone in my pocket: "Let's go, eat hot pot. Today I
Invite." In the evening in the private room of the hot pot restaurant, Pho Tu Hanh sat opposite me dipping beef books. Trieu Van sat next to him using common chopsticks to pick up food for him, flattering to the point of being openly blatant. Giang Ngu Nam sat next to him and shouted teasingly, To Manh bowed his head to eat beef. I raised my cup of Coca and took a sip. From the corner of my eye, I saw Pho Tu Hanh quietly push the food Trieu Van picked to the edge of the plate. I bowed my head and smiled. The phone vibrated again. Once again, the phone vibrated. This was a private message from Pho Tu Hanh, even though he was sitting right across from me at the same table. "The engagement is really canceled?" I looked up at him. He was looking down at the book, looking like nothing happened. I typed a reply: "It's really cancelled." He replied with a "Yes", two seconds later he sent another: "So can I pursue you?" I looked at the screen for three seconds and then raised my head to glare at him The piece of paper shook at me. The smile at the corner of his mouth was different from usual, with a bit of seriousness. I used my mouth to say two words: "No." He raised his eyebrows and typed: "Why?" I answered: "Because I'm your brother." He immediately answered: "I'm not my brother." I picked up the tissue box on the table and threw it over. He raised his hand to catch it, smiling until his teeth were exposed. Trieu Van looked at the two of us in bewilderment: "You two are using it What's the sign?" "Nothing."
