Khuong Hoa's eyes immediately turned red. She reached out to hug her daughter. But An An did not move. The girl looked like she was still trapped in that smoke. "When the door was broken open, there was no fire outside." "There were three people coming in." "One person wore a black coat, one person wore a gray cap, and one person coughed very badly." "They didn't come to save people." Captain Dien's eyes darkened. "What did they come in for?" An An opened her mouth. The voice suddenly broke off. The girl tried to swallow. "They were looking for things." "Looking for what?" "I don't know." "They searched the office, the closet, and even turned up the bed mattress." "I asked who they were, and they slapped me." Khuong Hoa unconsciously touched her face. Of course there were no injuries there. But her heart felt like someone was squeezing it. An An's tears finally fell. "I was in the bathroom and heard mom screaming, telling me not to come out." "Then someone said the child was also here." "They kicked the door." "I couldn't hold on." Saying this, her fingers began to tremble. Khuong Hoa immediately hugged her child. "Don't say anymore." But An An grabbed her sleeve again. "I have to say." "This time we survive, they will still come back." "They haven't found what they're looking for." Captain Dien immediately asked. "Is there anything in your house that makes them do something like that?" Khuong Hoa shook his head blankly. "No." Their house is very normal. An office, two bedrooms, a pile of old books, a computer and documents she has accumulated over the past few years. An An suddenly asked. "Mom, where is the iron box my grandmother left behind?" Khuong Hoa was stunned. "It's at the bottom of the closet." "They searched there last time." "But they couldn't open it." "Because the key wasn't at home." Khuong Hoa's heart beat loudly. The iron box was something her mother left behind before she passed away. She always thought there were only a few old photos and certificates inside. She hung the key on an old set of keys that had not been used for a long time, placed in the bank's safe. Team leader Dien looked at her. "Is that iron box still in the apartment?" Khuong Hoa was about to answer. The phone suddenly rang. A strange phone number appeared on the screen. She clicked to listen. There was a very loud electrical noise on the other end. A few seconds later, a man laughed softly. "Miss Khuong." "You run really fast." 05 Khuong Hoa held the phone, her fingertips stiffened to the point of turning white. Team leader Dien immediately raised his hand, signaling her not to hang up. Officer Ha took out another phone and quickly went to the window to make a call. The man on the other end of the line laughed softly. The laughter seemed to stick close to her ear and then sneak in. "Miss Khuong, why don't you say anything?" Khuong Hoa forced herself to keep her voice calm. "Who are you?" The man did not answer. "Stop pretending." "You took the box away, right?" Khuong Hoa's heart suddenly sank. Captain Dien's eyes also changed. He used a pen to write two words on paper. Lengthen. Khuong Hoa looked at those two words, her throat was dry. "What box?" The other end of the line was silent for a moment. Then, the man coughed softly twice. That cough made An An suddenly raise her head. The girl's face was pale, without any blood left. Khuong Hoa unconsciously held her child's hand. An An's hands were cold as ice. The man said slowly. "The iron box your mother left behind." "Don't tell me you don't know." "You still remember which bank the key was in. How could you not know what's in the box?" Khuong Hoa's breath stopped for half a beat. She has never talked about this with anyone. Even An An just mentioned it. The man seemed to see her expression and laughed again. "Miss Khuong, you're still the same as before." "You're gentle on the outside, but on the inside you're tougher than anyone." "Year."

Then you dared to put the copy out, now you also dare to hide this box." Captain Dien wrote on the paper again. Asked him what he wanted. Khuong Hoa bit the tip of her tongue, the pain made her a little more alert. "What do you want?" "The box." "What's inside." "Before six o'clock tonight, bring it under the Nam Kieu bridge in the old neighborhood." "Only you can come." Khuong Hoa looked at Captain Dien. Captain Dien shook his head. Khuong Hoa continued to prolong the time. "My house has been blocked by the police." "I can't get it." The man's voice suddenly turned cold. "Don't drag the police in." The atmosphere in the room immediately tensed. Captain Dien's hand stopped. The man continued. "The person in the dark coat next to you is holding a pen." "And the young man at the window is calling." Khuong Hoa's blood turned cold. She suddenly looked out the window Another building. The morning window reflected white light, making it impossible to see clearly what was inside. Captain Dien immediately went to the window and pulled the curtain closed. Policeman Ha also bowed low and backed away from the phone. "Don't look anymore." "You guys are on the twelfth floor, the last number is seven."
