His face was pale, even his voice trembled.

“Old man, this is not good!”

“At the city gate… a crazy woman appeared at the city gate!”

Trieu Duc frowned tightly.

"What are you crazy about? Today is a day of great joy, just send it away."

The family member was almost about to cry.

“I can't chase you away!”

"She's wearing tattered armor, and in her hand is holding a sword... a sword that's taller than her!"

“She blocked the city gate, and said…”

“Say what?”

A feeling of insecurity suddenly arose in Trieu Duc's heart.

"She said she wanted to massacre our entire Prime Minister's palace, use... use it to sacrifice the flag to the eldest lady!"

This sentence just ended. The entire hall filled with guests instantly fell silent. Trieu Duc's face immediately turned pale. He knew who the "crazy woman" in the family's mouth was. It was my grandmother, who raised pigs all year round in the countryside, and was considered a joke by the whole capital. When Trieu Duc led his people to the city gate, the situation was completely out of control. My grandmother stood right in the middle of the city gate. The old armor on her body was covered with marks from knives and axes, even the blade of the armor was curled. Her white hair was not tied back, letting the wind blow it around. She carried the Thanh Long Quan Dao in one hand, the blade's body tilted towards the ground. The tip of the knife dragged on the blue stone, leaving a deep gash. The surrounding people and city guards had surrounded themselves in a circle, but no one dared to advance. That sword is too heavy. The murderous aura on that old lady's body was also too heavy. Trieu Duc pushed through the crowd. As soon as he saw the scene before his eyes, he was so angry that his whole body trembled. His dignity, his official majesty, were trampled to nothing in this moment by an old country woman.

“That crazy woman, what do you want to do!”

He roared angrily. Grandma slowly raised her head, two cold rays of cold light shooting out of her cloudy eyes. That look made Trieu Duc instinctively take a step back.

“The little girl is named Trieu.”

Grandma's voice was hoarse, but it echoed throughout the city gate. The Qingguan knife in her hand suddenly slammed against the ground. A loud explosion rang out. The entire city gate floor seemed to shake as well. The stone slab on the ground with the hilt of the knife as the center is cracked with cracks like a spider web.

“Open your dog eyes and see clearly who I am!”

Trieu Duc's face turned red, both scared and angry.

“You are nothing more than a rustic woman in the countryside, get the hell out of here!”

"Today is my daughter's great day, you dare come here to cause trouble, I..."

“Your daughter?”

Grandma laughed coldly.

"My granddaughter Thanh Loan's remains are not yet cold, you let a maid wear her robe, sit in her palanquin, and marry the man who belongs to her?"

“Trieu Duc, is your heart black?”

People around began to whisper.

"Thanh Loan? Is she the daughter of the Prime Minister's palace? Isn't it said that she slipped and fell into the water?"

“Listening to this idea, it seems like there is another story inside!”

“Is this old lady Trieu Thanh Loan's grandmother?”

Trieu Duc's face became more and more ugly. He pointed straight at his grandmother and loudly ordered the guards under his command:

“Why are you still standing there? Quickly arrest this crazy woman for me!”

The guards could only stubbornly hold their swords and rush forward. Grandma didn't even move. She just slowly raised the mandarin knife in her hand, blocking it in front of her.

“Fifty years ago, the old man once followed the emperor to pacify the eight directions, and with this sword he cut down ninety-nine heads of rebels!”

Her voice is not loud. But it carried a strong aura of blood. The two guards rushed to the front, their steps immediately freezing in place. They looked at the sword, which still had dark red streaks on the blade, and their legs were shaking to the point of not being able to stand.

“Today, whoever dares to take one more step forward will become the hundredth head!”

Trieu Duc was so angry that he almost went crazy.

“Speak nonsense! A crazy woman like you dares to falsely mention the emperor!”

“Quickly rush up for me! If anything happens, I'll take care of it!
