Chapter 6 — White Wolf Guards the Border

She had never thought that in nature, where the strong win, the weak lose, her cunning and tricks had no effect at all. She never looked directly at how weak she was, but blamed all her resentment on the wolves. I know what they want to do, but I don't know what the way is in Co Tu Pham's mouth. These days you can't go out casually anymore, even the cave entrance needs to be hidden. Waiting for them to go away, I quickly led the wolves back to the territory. When the white wolf's gentle eyes saw my angry appearance, he became a little more worried.

“What happened?”

I let a few strong adult wolves hide the cave entrance first, then sat in front of the white wolf and told him the truth about his two lives.

“So, sister wants to use our fur in exchange for her own way of life.”

The white wolf looked at me sadly, as if he was grieving for me about my previous life.

"Our place is probably not safe anymore. I don't know if you know this place or not, we have to figure it out soon."

They were captured by those poachers in the most cruel way, and had the deepest fear. It's been very difficult to find a place to stay, but now I can't keep it. The white wolf looked at everyone's expressions.

"If there is heavy snow these two days, perhaps our tracks can be hidden. With the current situation outside, it is impractical to relocate the entire wolf pack."

I thought for a moment:

“They have guns in their hands, now there is only one way…”

The words had not yet finished when suddenly a gunshot rang out. 12 Wolves scouting outside quickly ran in.

“That group of humans is moving towards the cave entrance!”

I immediately became alert and quickly reached the cave entrance. The earphones directed the direction of the gunshots, estimating the distance between them and the cave. Very quickly, the light penetrated the forest and gathered precisely towards the cave entrance. It's Co Tu Pham and his bodyguards! We quickly made a decision. Because I led a dispersed squad to attract their attention and, if possible, defeat them one by one. The white wolf led the remaining old and sick people running in the opposite direction of pursuit, through the deepest part of the forest. I used the tip of my nose to rub against the white wolf's mane, a low choking sound coming from my throat. That's how our Wolf Clan shows our determination.

“Remember, no matter what happens, you must survive.”

The white wolf's voice was extremely determined. I turned around, a cruel look flashing in my eyes, leading the ten strongest adult wolves to rush out of the cave entrance, running like crazy in the opposite direction of the white wolf.

"They're there! Tranquil gun! Hurry!"

The damn voice of Co Tu Pham rang out. The sound of gunfire behind was getting closer and closer. Bullets whizzed past my ears, snow shot up and hit my face, causing pain. I know, we must take them to a farther place. As I ran, I let out a roar that echoed throughout the valley, a sound full of provocation. Co Tu Pham's bodyguards were indeed angered, so they changed their guns and shot at me. I nimbly passed through the tree trunks, using the dense branches and leaves as cover. When they discovered that they couldn't hit me, they immediately became angry.

“Chase! Chase me! Don't let it run!”

Co Tu Pham's voice was so angry that it came from behind. I laugh cold inside. That's right, I just want you to follow. I led the wolves to deliberately leave a few clear traces, luring them deep into the heart of the forest. That place has complex terrain and is our home ground. Based on the terrain and flexible movement, I successfully led Co Tu Pham's team to the swamp deep in the jungle. This place is covered in fog all year round, the ground underfoot is soft and slippery, and if you are careless, you will fall into a mud puddle. The wolves were familiar with every inch of this place. Occasionally they emit a low howl, disturbing human judgment. Co Tu Pham and his group quickly lost their direction, and the sound of gunfire gradually became less frequent. I stood on a hidden rock, the corners of my mouth curved up to an icy coldness. I gave an order, and the wolves quickly rushed towards the poachers who had pushed them to death. Very quickly, everywhere were their cries for help. Co Tu Pham probably never thought that one day he would be considered a prey, toyed with in the palm of his hand. I stopped the wolves that were about to deliver the finishing blow.

“Let them go where they should go, so we can pull out more people behind.”

We dragged a few of them towards the guard station. As a result, half way there, I met a familiar figure.

“Captain Trieu, the gunfire is coming from that direction!”

Trieu Ve Quoc signaled:

“The entire vigilante team, could be poachers.”

“Okay!”

I didn't expect that the next time we would meet again would be in a situation like this. I softly moaned to them ——

“Au~ u.”

Several beams of light quickly gathered in one place.
