Chapter 14
Chapter 14 — After Divorce, My Ex-Husband Kneeled and Begged Me to Sign a Trillion Billion Contract
The whole hall immediately exploded. The reporters almost went crazy.
“Stealing a brooch?”
“So what she said just now that the elder of the Lam family gave it to me was fake?”
“Isn't this theft?”
“She still wants to use stolen goods to fake a relationship with the Lam family?”
Giang Thinh stood dumbfounded on the spot. The blood on his face gradually drained away. He looked at Bach Uyen Uyen. His eyes were as if he were looking at a complete stranger.
“Why do you have an access card to Ha Kieu's apartment?”
Bach Uyen Uyen cried so much that she could barely breathe.
“A Thinh... I didn't mean it.”
“I'm just... I'm just so scared.”
“I'm afraid she'll ruin you.”
“I want to help you.”
“Help me?”
Giang Thinh's voice was very soft.
“Steal her things.”
“Faking a relationship with the Lam family.”
“Is that helping you?”
Bach Uyen Uyen shook her head madly.
“It's not fake!”
It seemed like he suddenly remembered something. She immediately turned to Tran Tu.
“Someone told me!”
“Some people say this brooch is related to the Lam family!”
Tran Tu's face finally changed. Bach Uyen Uyen trembled and pointed straight at him.
“It's him!”
“President Tran's people have contacted me!”
“They say the Lam family's old belongings accept things, not people!”
"They said that if I wear this brooch to appear at the press conference, I can help Giang Thi win the opportunity!"
The whole hall was shocked again. Tran Tu's face immediately darkened.
“Talk must have evidence.”
At this time, Bach Uyen Uyen completely disregarded face. She quickly took out her phone. Tremblingly opened the chat history.
“I have a message!”
La Ninh immediately signaled staff to collect evidence. Tran Tu said coldly:
“Such personal chats of unknown origin cannot be used as a basis for the board of directors.”
I looked at him.
“What if that message was sent from Hoan Vu's internal account?”
Tran Tu's face stiffened. La Ninh immediately projected the next document on the big screen. Internal account login history. IP address. System access rights. Information relay roadmap. In the last line. The link source is clearly visible. Office of the Board of Directors. Chu Minh Le finally stood up. His voice was not loud. But enough to overwhelm all the noise in the hall.
“You have crossed the line.”
The corners of Tran Tu's lips tightened.
“Lawyer Chu.”
“You cannot slander others so casually.”
“I just let someone verify the Lam family's old belongings.”
“Verification?”
Chu Minh Le smiled coldly.
“You know that brooch is not an inheritance.”
"But still deliberately spreading false information to Bach Uyen Uyen."
“Led her to steal Ha Kieu's personal property.”
"Then he took advantage of this to doubt Ha Kieu's heir status right at the press conference."
“Is that called verification?”
Tran Tu's face became gloomy.
“What proof do you have that I know about that?”
Chu Minh Le looked at me. I nodded slightly. La Ninh opened the last document. It's a scanned copy of an old file. Sapphire brooch registration form. Each word is clearly written on it. Marker used for internal verification of the Lam family. Purpose of use: identify cases of illegal contact, identity impersonation, and inheritance rights fraud. Below is the signature. Lam Hac Nien. Date of filing. It was twelve years ago. Face Tran Tu finally turned pale. I hold the microphone. Speak up slowly.
“This brooch is indeed an old item of the Lam family.”
“But it was never an inheritance.”
“It is a verification mark set by my grandfather himself.”
“Who arbitrarily took it to fake a relationship with the Lam family…”
“That person is the subject of interrogation.”
Bach Uyen Uyen's whole body stiffened. She lowered her head to look at the blue sapphire on her chest. She also sees it as a talisman. It's like evidence of a crime nailed to the chest. Bach Uyen Uyen screamed loudly. Then yanked the brooch down.
"Not me!"
"I do not know!"
“It was Tran Tu who tricked me!”
The brooch fell to the ground. Makes a crisp sound. Everyone looked at her. But this time. No one believes those tears anymore. Even Giang Thinh. He just looked at the brooch lying on the floor. His eyes were so empty and scary. It seems like until now. Only then did he truly realize it. The person he wholeheartedly protected all this time... Wasn't innocent in the first place. Bach Uyen Uyen sobbed. Jumped forward and grabbed his hand.
“Trust me.”
“I do everything for you.”
“I just want to help Giang Thi.”
Giang Thinh took a step back. Bach Uyen Uyen's hand stiffened in mid-air. That moment. Even more unsightly than all the tears she just shed. Giang Hoai Vien was so angry that his face turned pale. No one knew he was scolding Bach Uyen Uyen. Or scolding Giang Thinh. Which is probably both. Security forces moved forward. La Ninh coldly declared:
“Related to illegal intrusion into other people's residences, theft of personal property and suspicion of accessing commercial secrets…”
“The legal department will officially send you a document in the near future.”
Bach Uyen Uyen shook her head continuously. While stepping back, he muttered.
“It's not me…”
“It's not me…”
She raised her head to look at me. His eyes were filled with resentment.
“You knew from before, right?”
“You know there's a problem with the brooch!”
“You deliberately didn't stop me!”
I looked at her. The voice was calm and cold.
“You took something that didn't belong to you.”
“Now you blame me for not stopping you?”
