Chapter 5
Chapter 5 — My Loved One, I Set You Free
But Hoc Lang Da immediately strangled her, screaming at her to go away. For the first time, she felt the true killing intent on Hoac Lang Da's body. She was scared to death, crawled and ran out of the hospital, not daring to say another word. On the fourth day, I was still in the emergency room. Hoc Lang Da still did not know how to get tired and continued to bow his head. But his assistant accidentally discovered something in the hospital room that once held me. As soon as he saw that thing, his face immediately turned white. He almost staggered, took it, and ran to find Hoac Lang Da.
"General Manager Huo, look! What is this?"
Buddhist worship was interrupted. Before Huo Lang Da could scold him, his eyes were attracted by the assistant who brought him. His breathing immediately stopped. It was a red hair tie. It was very old. At first glance, it looks no different than a normal red string. But only Hoac Lang Da knows how special this rope is. His hand stopped above the rope, his fingertips shaking violently. He called three times in a row, asking someone to bring the contents of his private safe. Fifteen minutes later, another red hair tie was placed in front of him. Identical. The thing he had kept close to him for twenty-five years was exactly like the rope his assistant had just brought.
“Where does this come from…”
Hoo Lang Da's blood-filled eyes became even redder. His face looked exactly like a bloodthirsty demon. I remember when I had just identified Nguyen Sanh Sanh as my life-saving benefactor, I asked her about that hair tie. But Nguyen Sanh Sanh just laughed and joked about it.
"It's just a pair of normal hair ties, what's so special about it? At most, I'll give you two every day."
But how can a normal hair tie be woven with gold thread and hang a long-lasting lock at the end? Previously, he only thought that Nguyen Sanh Sanh had been pampered since childhood, so to her, such a rope was just a normal object. He didn't know that the rope was braided for me by my mother herself. She wished me to live a hundred years and live a peaceful and happy life. That year, I separated a strand and personally gave it to the beggar boy, sincerely wishing him, like me, to live a hundred years, be happy and peaceful. Unfortunately, later that beggar boy destroyed my peace and joy, and also destroyed himself.
"It's yours. I found it in your old things..."
The assistant bowed his head, constantly wiping the sweat from his forehead. As Hoac Lang Da's assistant, he understood very well what this meant. That means the girl in General Manager Huo's heart was lying from the beginning. And because of that fraudster, General Manager Hoac single-handedly pushed the wife he loved into the gates of hell. With General Manager Huo's level of madness, someone is about to face a major disaster! When Nguyen Sanh Sanh was brought in, she didn't even have time to understand what was happening. It wasn't until she was pinned by Hoo Lang Da's eyes that she felt an unprecedented coldness.
“Youngest uncle, uncle... what's wrong with you?”
She backed away, hiding behind Pho Tranh Nhien, who was also brought along, still wanting to maintain her image. Hoac Lang Da picked up my hair tie.
“What is this?”
What is this? How does she know what this is? Above Nguyen Sanh Sanh's face flashed with confusion. But how smart is Nguyen Sanh Sanh? She immediately remembered the words Hoac Lang Da had said.
"Hey, isn't this your hair tie? It's something from when you were little. I didn't expect the youngest uncle to be so affectionate, I still remember it now."
“Mine? Are you sure?”
Hoo Lang Da interrupted her. The voice was very light but made everyone present silent.
“So why is the word ‘Khe’ embroidered on this string?”
