Chapter 13 — Hua Tri Ha's Return

My father slowly walked out from the back row.
“Let you laugh today.”
He turned his eyes towards Hua Man Ninh and coldly said: "Suspended work." Hua Man Ninh's face turned pale like a corpse.
“Uncle, you can't just listen to one side of what she says.”
My father was adamant: "During the Board of Directors' investigation, you are not allowed to come into contact with any customers." Hua Man Ninh looked at me, her eyes burning with unwillingness.
“Hua Tri Ha, do you think you've won by doing that?”
I replied: “I don't need to 'think'.” Amid the chaos, Lam Duong tried to sneak away. I called back: "Lam Duong." She stiffened.
“Money, must be paid in full within three days.”
“Correction notice, distributed today.”
“If one thing is missing, I will take you to court.”
Lam Duong cried and looked around looking for Ha Canh Xuyen. Only then did I discover that Ha Canh Xuyen was standing at the door of the hall. I don't know when he came. Lam Duong rushed to hug him like a stake.
“Mr. Canh Xuyen, help me.”
But Ha Canh Xuyen did not support her. He stared at me.
“Tri Ha, I really didn't know she was behind doing so many bad things.”
I sarcastically said: "I don't know, because I don't want to know." His face was cut without a drop of blood. * After the cooperation event ended successfully, Director Trieu of Thinh Hoa publicly announced that he would increase orders.
“Today Van Cam resolved the crisis very neatly and beautifully.”
“Miss Hua, I trust you.”
Other partners also took turns expressing their support. Hua Man Ninh stood in a corner, her fingers clutching the handle of her bag. When Duong Nha was dragged out by security, she kept crying and begging me:
“Tri Ha, I really know my mistake.”
“I will pay you back, don't make me lose my job.”
I said nonchalantly: "Your work is not my fault."
“It was you who threw it away.”
She screamed and sobbed until she was dragged out of sight. Lam Duong finally agreed to post an apology notice. But every word still reeks of playing the victim. She said that because she was young and inexperienced and didn't understand things, she accidentally accepted help that she shouldn't have received. Didn't mention anything about the commission robbery, and also ignored the houseless incident. After reading, I threw the phone on the table. Chu Minh Le asked: "Are you going to pursue further, ma'am?"
"Squeeze."
My father turned to look at me, his voice concerned: "You'll be tired." I smiled: "Don't worry, Dad, I've had enough rest." * That night, Ha Canh Xuyen walked to the door of the Hua family's villa. He was stopped outside by security. When I went downstairs, he was standing holding his hand on the gate bars.
“Tri Ha.”
I stood a layer away from the gate looking at him.
“What's the matter?”
He slipped a file of documents through the crack in the door.
“Lam Duong's apartment, I told her to return it.”
"I will also pay the remaining profit to your account."
I did not reach out to receive.
“That's what you owe me, not what you give.”
Ha Canh Xuyen's voice was choked and hoarse.
“These past few days I've been thinking about why we've come to this point.”
I said, "Because you opened the door for someone else to come in."
“I will change.”
"It's late."
He clasped his hands tightly to the iron bars.
“Tri Ha, we have had five years
couple."
“Are you really willing to let go?”
I looked deeply into his eyes.
“I even lost my child.”
"There's nothing else you can't bear."
His eyes were red.
“Don't say that.”
I turned around to enter the house. He suddenly called out: "Do you think your father can protect you all your life?" I stopped. Ha Canh Xuyen glared at me, struggling like a person about to drown.
“Internally, Van Cam Group is not at all peaceful.”
“Hua Man Ninh will not give up.”
