Chapter 7 — Hua Tri Ha's Return

“30% of Ha Thi's orders are the orders with the lowest profit margin, slowest capital recovery and highest rate of defective goods that need to be repaired.”
"Over the past years, Van Cam has continuously made concessions and suffered losses, to show respect for me."
No one in the meeting room dared to cough. I continued: "Starting today, all new orders from Ha Thi are suspended indefinitely." Hua Man Ninh immediately felt proud: "There, everyone, you see, she is taking personal revenge on public affairs." I open the second document file.
“At the same time, three brands Thinh Hoa, Minh Te, and Lam Dinh will take over the drum production line left by Ha Thi.”
"The advance payment from these three partners will be deposited into the company account this afternoon."
The smile on Hua Man Ninh's face stiffened.
“Where did you get those three brand contracts?”
Chu Minh Le turned on the projector. Three contracts with red stamps appeared on the screen. Some people couldn't help but stand up and ask:
“Minh Te has always been strict, so why change suppliers?”
"Last year Thinh Hoa still pressured prices, why is it willing to pay the advance this year?"
My father looked at me proudly.
“When did you negotiate?”
I replied: “Seven years ago.” Everyone was stunned.
“Before leaving the Hua family, I made a list of backup customers.”
“Over the past seven years, even though I have not been in Van Cam, I have never been ignorant about the dynamics of the fashion industry.”
Hua Man Ninh still tried to salvage things, her face cold:
“It's easy to say, but who knows if the contract is solid?”
As soon as he finished speaking, there was a knock on the meeting room door. The assistant walked in and said:
“Chairman, director Trieu of Thinh Hoa has arrived.”
Dad looked at me, I nodded: "Please come in." Director Trieu stood at the door, smiling and reaching out to me.
“Miss Hua, long time no see.”
I shook his hand.
“Director Trieu, has the contract been finalized yet?”
“It's finished.”
He glanced around at the leaders on the table.
"I came here today to inform you that Thinh Hoa only works with Hua Tri Ha."
Hua Man Ninh's face was as ugly as being buried in the ground. Director Trieu added: "Whoever feels that she is not qualified means that she feels that Thinh Hoa's order is not important." The meeting room was as silent as paper. My father sat back in the chair.
“Anyone else object?”
Not a sound. I looked at Hua Man Ninh.
“Cousin, is there anything else you want to say?”
She glared at me.
“Tri Ha, the first day you came back you were so tough, aren't you afraid of falling?”
I smiled coldly: "I've fallen before."
“So now… it's someone else's turn.”
* That evening, Ha Canh Xuyen called. I picked up the phone. The first thing he said was: "You cut off Ha Thi's order?" I said softly: "Yes."
“Hua Tri Ha, that is a business cooperation between the two companies, not a tool for you to vent your anger.”
“Boss Ha, I only terminate high-risk, low-profit orders.”
He tried to suppress his anger.
“Are you so determined to be so heartless and meaningless?”
I asked again: "When you gave my commission share to Lam Duong, did you leave any way out for me?" He was silent for a moment.
“I can compensate you.”
"No need."
“Tri Ha, we are not divorced yet.”
“Almost.”
His voice was low.
“I won't sign.”
“Let's meet in court then.”
He suddenly burst into mocking laughter.
“My dad just picked me up and I dared to make a fuss and get them out
divorce court?
“The Hua family needs face, and so do I.”
I coldly replied: "Ha Canh Xuyen, the Hua Tri Ha you knew, died at the hospital that day." Before hanging up, he left behind a sentence:
“You will have to come back and beg me.”
The next day, Lam Duong posted a long post on the employee chat group. She told me about being publicly scolded and forced to quit her job. She said Ha Canh Xuyen only helped her out of kindness.
