Chapter 4
Chapter 4 — I Give Up Everything, Always Give Up My Fiance, Never Give Up My Life
I look at him. Looking at the man I once loved and considered my whole life, in the end he opened my chest with his own hand. Hatred welled up in his heart, and the smile on his face became even brighter.
“Your Highness is right.”
I obeyed his words and even took the initiative to gently push Giang Nhuoc Ninh a step forward.
"I just finished talking to your cousin. In this palace, whatever you pay attention to, I have nothing that I won't give."
"Your Highness came at the right time. Also help me advise my cousin so that she can rest assured and stop refusing."
Ta Doan Hanh obviously did not expect me to react like that, he was stunned for a moment, his eyes looking at me revealed clear surprise for the first time. Giang Nhuoc Ninh just in time raised her watery eyes and looked towards Ta Doan Hanh, her voice was as soft as feathers.
“Thank you… your sister is really kind to me, but I… I feel uneasy inside…”
The beauty looked shy and wanted to say it again. Ta Doan Hanh's eyes immediately softened and his voice became gentle.
“Miss Giang, there is no need to panic.”
"Your sister is already a piece of your heart, you can rest assured and accept it."
Giang Nhuoc Ninh bit her lip, still hesitant. I smiled, interrupting her words.
“If you still refuse, isn't that looking down on this older sister?”
I turned to my parents and Ta Doan Hanh, bowed slightly and bowed.
“Father, mother, crown prince, everyone please stay with my cousin to get used to the situation.”
"My daughter still has to go clean up the west courtyard. Please excuse me first."
“Western courtyard?”
Ta Doan Hanh was stunned again and blurted out a question.
“What are you doing there?”
I turned around, smiling so naturally that it seemed like I was saying that the weather is very nice today.
“Ah, I almost forgot to say it.”
"Dong Khoa Vien has been given to my cousin, of course I have to move out."
“Even though the small courtyard in the west is small and remote, it can still be lived in with a little arrangement.”
"You can't let me take my sister's place and make her feel uneasy, right?"
Having said that, I don't bother to look at how special their faces are right now. I turned around, gave Xuan Hieu my hand to support, and decisively left. Behind is a deadly silence. We can imagine their stunned looks. Especially Ta Doan Hanh. He probably never thought that one day, I would no longer revolve around him. Even so "generous" that he personally pushed the new prey that he could keep an eye on and pushed it right in front of him. Conveniently, he also gave me a dilapidated small yard that was no different from the home of a downtrodden person. After going far, Xuan Hieu lowered his voice, sobbing.
“Miss.”
“People don't have to be like that.”
"Don't you see the way the young lady looks at Prince Ta?"
“And the old lady… in their eyes, there is only that lady in their eyes.”
“And yet you still personally pushed her towards the crown prince.”
I gently patted the back of her hand, my eyes looking towards the small road leading to the western janitorial room, the more desolate I walked, the corner of my lips slowly curved into a cold curve.
“Xuan Hieu, please remember carefully.”
"Never fight for what is in someone else's bowl."
“Especially when that thing is contaminated with poison and is also soaked in feces.”
“If they already smell good If it's delicious, just let them... enjoy it to the fullest.”
The movement to the west small courtyard was not great, but I intentionally let Xuan Hieu "accidentally" break a cheap ceramic jar. A sharp crashing sound echoed in the deserted corner, deafening enough to attract the gossip-loving maids to poke their heads and take a look. That's enough. The news that the daughter of the Tham family had agreed to move into the house next door to make room for the third lady, seemed to have grown wings, flying throughout the entire palace. Then from inside the palace, continue to fly out. I peacefully stayed in the small courtyard on the west side. Although the courtyard was small and the furniture was old, it was quieter and more peaceful. Unfortunately, the trees wanted to be quiet but the wind wouldn't stop. The third day after Giang Nhuoc Ninh moved into Dong Khoa Vien, my "deeply loved" fiance, Ta Doan Hanh, came to the door. He stood in front of the gate of my simple courtyard, his white robe standing out in the midst of an old gray piece, his eyebrows furrowed tightly, his eyes looking at me as if he were looking at something that had fallen into self-destruction, not worthy of our eyes.
“Tham Dieu, haven't you caused enough trouble?”
