Chapter 1 — My Restaurant Is Not Free

After getting married, I used the dowry my parents gave me to open a restaurant. Every few days my brother-in-law brings people over to eat. In one month, he came eighteen times. The total bill amounted to one hundred thousand yuan, but I have never paid it. The restaurant's revenue was not enough to cover expenses. My husband turned his face to the side, pretending not to see. I didn't cry, I didn't fight, I just left quietly. Two days later is my brother-in-law's birthday. He called all his friends and relatives to surround the restaurant and ordered me:
"Today is my birthday, I cover the entire restaurant. Each table must bring me the most expensive wine and the most delicious dishes!"
I looked at the restaurant transfer contract I had just signed and smiled slightly:
“Okay.”

“Pack up your things and move out.”
