"The Van family's parents are yours, Luc Van Da protects you, your biological mother is also yours."

"Now even the lock I've been wearing for more than ten years is yours."

“What about me?”

“Do I deserve to have nothing?”

Her scream echoed in the empty space of the theater. I looked at her, feeling no joy in my heart. Just feel indescribably tired.

“Bach Nhiem, no one stole your things.”

"It's you who clings so tightly to other people's things and doesn't let go, that's why you feel like the whole world owes you."

The man angrily kicked the iron box.

“That's enough.”

He bent down and opened the lid of the box. Inside there was only a roll of black film. He raised it and looked towards the light.

“Is this real?”

Luc Van Da said: "Even if you look, you won't understand." His face darkened. Bach Nhiem suddenly rushed onto the stage.

“Give it to me.”

The man dodged.

“Go away.”

But Bach Nhiem rushed in like crazy.

“Just destroy it, no one will say I stole Van Duong's life anymore.”

“No one says the lock I wear is hers anymore.”

“No one says I'm a thief anymore.”

She grabbed one end of the film. The man raised his hand to push her. While the two were struggling, Lam Van Thu's chair was pushed, her whole body almost fell over. I rushed onto the stage. Luc Van Da is faster than me. He used his left hand to pull Bach Nhiem away, swung his right leg and kicked straight at the man's wrist. The knife flew far away, crashing to the edge of the stage. The man roared, pulled out another dagger hidden behind his back and stabbed straight into Luc Van Da's bleeding right arm. My eyes are red. Next to the stage there is a box of discarded props. I grabbed the rusty bronze gong and slammed it straight at him. *Bong!* The man staggered back. Luc Van Da followed up with another kick, knocking him down. Bach Nhiem lay on the ground, still clutching half of the rolled film in her hand. She looked up at me, her eyes bloodshot.

“Why don't you let me go?”

I squatted down and removed her fingers one by one.

“Because you won't let me go.”

All four sides of the theater suddenly lit up with high-intensity headlights. Police from the stands, side doors and backstage simultaneously rushed in. The man was pinned to the floor, still struggling. Luc Van Da helped Lam Van Thu sit up. I ran to untie the rope on her hands. Her wrists were red with squeeze marks. As soon as I touched her, she trembled and hugged me.

“Duong An.”

This time, I don't dodge anymore. I buried my face in her shoulder, tears falling like rain. But the next second, the controlled man suddenly burst out laughing. He glared at me, the corner of his mouth bleeding.

“Do you think that if you catch me, it will be over?”

“Jiang Zhaolin's death was no accident.”

“The person who really gave the orders is still watching the livestream.”

I looked up. The old projection screen on the side of the theater suddenly lit up. A middle-aged man's face appeared. He wore a neat suit, his face was dark. He said: “Van Duong.”

“You don't deserve to live today.”

21 The man on the projection screen, I know. His name is Luong Hac Nien. A famous charity businessman in the city, and also the biggest sponsor of last year's short film Search for Relatives. Lam Van Thu trembled behind me. I supported her and heard her broken voice: “It's you.” Luong Hac Nien on the screen smiled faintly.

“Van Thu, long time no see.”

I stared at him.

“The one who bought me back in the past, was it you?”

He did not deny it.

“It's not about buying, it's about solving problems.”

“Jiang Chieu Lam took photos of evidence proving that I transferred money to the medical station, and you still want to submit those documents.”

“It's too naive.”

Luc Van Da coldly asked: "So you instigated Nguu Vinh Phuc to take the child away, then arranged the car accident?" Luong Hac Nien glanced at him.
