Chapter 9
Chapter 9 — 7 Fingerprints Found In My New Home
“Are you serious?”
I looked at the hand holding me.
“Let go.”
“Don't regret it later.”
I removed his fingers one by one.
“I said this yesterday.”
“Let's change the sentence today.”
But he doesn't change. Just stand still there. The tie is tilted to one side. It's like finally realizing... The locked door was never just the lock of this house. I went to the mysterious entrance. Tan Viet hasn't left yet. Tan Viet lowered his voice.
“The cloud data is included when you buy this lock, I recommend you save a copy.”
I looked at him. Tan Viet added another sentence:
“There are people who can delete data on their devices.”
“But the data in the cloud remains intact.”
Chu Canh Xuyen heard it. Immediately frowned.
"What do you mean?"
Tan Viet picked up the toolbox. Calm voice.
“I mean, who fixed it?”
“Who entered the house?”
“Who searched the map?”
“Every single item is recorded.”
“No one can deny it.”
As soon as the two words divorce were said. The first to panic was the Chu family. Her mother-in-law still scolded her very harshly. But his hand continuously signaled to Chu Canh Xuyen.
"Boy."
“Don't waste words on it.”
“It's just scaring me.”
“After a woman gets divorced, who wants to marry her anymore?”
Chu Canh Xuyen did not answer. He stopped right in front of the elevator door.
“Let's go back and talk.”
“I now only talk about property and boundaries.”
“Do you have to say it to the point of being so heartless?”
Right at that moment. The elevator arrives. Inside there were two neighbors carrying vegetables. Just saw us. They both stopped. I walked in. Press the first floor button. Chu Canh Xuyen also followed. Lower your voice:
“Can't you spare me some dignity?”
I looked straight ahead.
“When you changed my name to an outsider.”
“Will you leave me any dignity?”
The neighbor woman coughed softly. Quietly bowed his head and looked at the bag of vegetables. Chu Canh Xuyen's face became unsightly.
“That's because my mother doesn't know how to use it.”
I laughed.
“She is very knowledgeable.”
“Know how to correct serial numbers.”
“Know how to transfer administrative rights.”
“Know how to change notes.”
“Knowing how to turn the homeowner into an outsider.”
“Don't say my name.”
The elevator door opens. I walked straight out. Chu Canh Xuyen chased him to the gate of the residential area.
“I don't have time to go to the Civil Affairs Bureau tomorrow.”
“Then I'll make an appointment for the day after tomorrow.”
“You said you don't have time!”
His voice suddenly grew louder. The guard at the gate also turned his head to look over. I stopped walking.
“You may never have time.”
“But I can also file a lawsuit.”
His face immediately darkened.
“When did you become like this?”
I looked at him.
“Since you brought up that bowl of soup.”
His throat was blocked. Can't say a word. Khuong Le drove over. Lower the window.
“Don't waste your time with your filial son over a bowl of soup.”
Chu Canh Xuyen immediately opened the passenger door.
“Khuong Le.”
“This is our family affair.”
Khuong Le locked the car door. The way the glass layer curses directly:
“Family matter?”
"Your mother voluntarily registered five fingerprints, so why didn't you say it was a family matter?"
"If your younger brother eats cake without paying, why don't you say it's a family matter?"
"If your sister stole documents, why didn't you say it was a family matter?"
“Now I remember two words about family?”
"It's late."
I sat in the car. The car slowly rolled. Via rearview mirror. I still see Chu Canh Xuyen standing in the same place. He took out his phone. Seems to be calling someone. Khuong Le glanced at me.
“Do you really want a divorce?”
“How are assets calculated?”
“The house is divided according to the capital contribution ratio.”
“The store is mine.”
“He will definitely compete.”
“It's up to him.”
Khuong Le turned his head to look at me.
“You're really scary today.”
I leaned back in the chair.
“Yesterday was even scarier.”
“Who did you scare yesterday?”
“I scared myself.”
“I almost held back.”
The car was silent for a few seconds. Khuong Le slammed the steering wheel.
"What should you endure?"
“Tomorrow I will go find a lawyer with you.”
“There's no need to wait until tomorrow.”
I took out a business card from my pocket. Khuong Le glanced at it.
“Inspection?”
“When did you know the lawyer?”
“Familiar when opening a store.”
“Even though you open a bakery, you still know people like that?”
“There was a time when a customer owed money and refused to pay.”
“I'll go get it.”
“He helped me once.”
Khuong Le did not ask further.
“Is it trustworthy?”
I looked out the window.
“More trustworthy than Chu Canh Xuyen.”
When we got to the lawyer's office. It was completely dark. Tham Chieu wears a gray suit. On the table is a cup of tea that has long cooled. He looked at all the documents I brought. Then raise your head. The first sentence gave me pause.
“Your husband recently had a large transfer.”
"How much?"
“Six hundred thousand yuan.”
Khuong Le almost jumped out of his chair.
“Six hundred thousand yuan?”
“He hid private money behind your back?”
Tham Chieu pushed a printed copy towards us.
“It's not necessarily hidden.”
“The note is for loan.”
“The person receiving the money is named Chu Bang.”
