Just as I swiped my card, a shrill voice rang out from behind.

"Oh, isn't this the good man Lam? What's wrong, you're divorced but you still have money to come here to spend?"

It's Anna. She was holding the arm of a middle-aged lady, using her scrutinizing eyes to evaluate me from top to bottom. Today she was dressed in precious jewels, as if afraid that others wouldn't know she was about to marry into a wealthy family.

"Divorced women should know their fate. Dressing so flashy, who do you want to seduce?"

The lady next to her also chimed in, her voice filled with disdain. I was even lazy to lift my eyelids, just leisurely said to the salesperson:

“Pack the most expensive one.”

Afterwards, I turned to Anna, looked at her face somewhat distorted by jealousy, and smiled slightly. I used French, which she didn't understand at all, and said to the salesperson next to me:

"After all, I'm going to a funeral, so of course I have to dress to look a bit presentable."

A shocked look appeared on the salesperson's face, then she immediately maintained a professional smile. As for Anna, she was bewildered, and could only read from my smile a contempt that she did not understand. This feeling must have made her very uncomfortable. The night before the wedding, Chu Minh Hien contacted me again. He sent me the latest internal transaction record of Jiang Hao company by encrypted email. This is the last piece of the puzzle, and also the most important. I packed all the evidence, set up a timed delivery. The recipients are the mailboxes of major financial newspapers, along with the personal emails of all shareholders in the company. Delivery time is set for twelve noon tomorrow. Just in time for the wedding to begin. Everything is ready. Giang Hao, your day of judgment has come.

On the wedding day, the sunlight was so bright that it was a bit blinding. Giang Hao covers the most luxurious manor on the outskirts of the city. The lawn was trimmed without any flaws, and a sea of white roses stretched from the entrance to the ceremony stage. Guests gathered in large numbers, business elites, social celebrities, including almost all the prominent figures of this city. Giang Hao and Anna stood on stage, one handsome and handsome, the other beautiful and touching, their faces full of happy smiles, receiving everyone's blessings.

“Thank you, Anna. When I was at the lowest point of my life, it was she who never left my side, giving me the courage to stand up again.”

Giang Hao held the microphone and began a new round of expressing his deep feelings, looking at his bride with hot eyes. Anna's eyes turned red with emotion under the stage, showing off her life as if it weren't for him. At this moment, a small commotion rang out at the entrance to the banquet hall. I came already. I wore a long bright red dress, long, slightly curled hair, stepped on ten-centimeter high heels, and elegantly entered the hall amid whispers. I don't wear those black-rimmed glasses. Light makeup on face, sharp but calm eyes. The strong aura immediately attracted everyone's attention. I took it all in the surprise, scrutiny and anticipation of watching the drama in their eyes. Giang Hao and Anna also saw me. Jiang Hao's eyes flashed with panic, then was replaced by pride and defensiveness. Anna straightened her back even more, like a peacock just won the battle, looked at me provocatively. I didn't pay attention to them, went straight to the main table, and sat down in the position that Chu Minh Hien had left. Chu Minh Hien raised his glass towards me, his eyes showing unconcealed appreciation. The ritual continues. The host announced in an excited voice:

“Next, please invite our relatives and friends to come on stage and send our blessings to the newlywed couple!”

As soon as I finished speaking, I stood up.
