Chapter 14
Chapter 14 — My sister-in-law kicked me out of the house, and as soon as I turned my back, I confiscated the villa worth more than tens of millions of yuan!
I looked at her.
“So you're here today.”
“It's to discuss aging care.”
“Or to rob the house?”
Trinh Ngoc Cam glared at me.
“What a girl with such a terrible tongue.”
“No wonder no one wants it.”
Right at that moment. Outside the door, a cold and strong female voice rang out:
“No one wants to take it?”
“If Ms. Co wants to get married.”
“The queue for her could stretch from here to the gate of the residential area.”
Everyone turned their heads to look at the door. Luong Tinh stood outside the door. In his hand he held a black briefcase. Behind her is a middle-aged man wearing a dark blue coat. Lam Man frowned.
“Why did you come again?”
Luong Tinh did not pay attention to her. Just look towards me.
“You forgot a signed receipt.”
“I was afraid it would affect the inventory this afternoon, so I brought it myself.”
I received the documents. The middle-aged man nodded to my parents.
“Teacher Co, Ms. Chu.”
"Long time no see."
My father recognized him.
“Lawyer Tham?”
Listen to the word lawyer. Trinh Ngoc Cam's face immediately changed. But Lam Man still tried to act tough.
“Who did you invite a lawyer to threaten?”
Lawyer Tham glanced at her.
“I didn't come to scare anyone.”
“I am one of the witnesses for Ms. Co Hieu Duong's real estate rights records.”
Co Minh Vien muttered softly:
“Witness?”
Lawyer Tham nodded.
“That year when I bought this house.”
"Miss Co's capital contribution is confirmed by me."
“Teacher Co and Ms. Chu proactively signed the agreement.”
"Confirming that Ms. Co owns the corresponding interests in the house."
“The document is completely legal and has legal effect.”
Trinh Ngoc Cam immediately interrupted.
“What if it takes effect?”
“It's just a part, not the whole house.”
Lawyer Tham nodded.
"That's right."
“So no one has the right to arbitrarily handle this house.”
“No one has the right to kick Ms. Co out of here.”
Lam Man's lips trembled.
“But she lives here.”
“It affects our married life.”
Lawyer Tham looked at her.
“Do you own any part of this house in your name?”
Lam Man was speechless. Can't say a word.
“If not.”
“Then you can only negotiate with other family members.”
"You cannot use throwing away things, falsely accusing others of theft or forcing others to change household registration to achieve your goals."
Uncle Truong stood outside the door muttering softly:
“This sentence is so true.”
Lam Man immediately glared over. Uncle Truong is not afraid either. Hold your head high.
“What are you looking at me for?”
“Last night you told Hieu Duong to steal the gold bracelet.”
“I almost believed it.”
“After hearing this today, I might have to go clean my ears.”
Lam Man was so angry that his face turned purple. Trinh Ngoc Cam suddenly changed his voice.
“Lawyer Tham.”
“He is a professional.”
“Then let me ask you something.”
“After marriage, the daughter-in-law lives in her husband's house.”
“Do you have the right to reside or not?”
Lawyer Tham calmly replied:
“If the owner agrees, then yes.”
Trinh Ngoc Cam immediately seized the opportunity.
“The family agrees.”
My father coldly spoke:
“Don't agree now.”
Trinh Ngoc Cam was stunned. My mother continued:
“From today.”
“The tea room must be restored to its original state.”
“Understander's room.”
“No one is allowed to touch it anymore.”
Lam Man looked at Co Minh Vien.
“Did you hear that?”
“My parents are kicking me out there."
Co Minh Vien bowed his head slightly.
“My parents didn't kick me out.”
“They just told me not to touch your things anymore.”
“You defended her again!”
Co Minh Vien raised his head.
“Why didn't you tell me directly last night that you wanted this house?”
Lam Man was stunned.
“What did you say?”
“I told you to open your mouth and chase me away.”
“I said I just need you to move out.”
“In the future, our parents will naturally leave the house to us.”
“You even said I was soft-hearted.”
“It won't count.”
“I still told you to wait until you have children.”
"My parents couldn't bear to make me feel sorry for myself."
Lam Man immediately rushed forward. Cover his mouth.
“Shut up!”
Co Minh Vien held her wrist tightly.
“Last night I listened to you.”
“When I pulled my suitcase to leave the house.”
“I thought I just needed to be patient for one night and everything would be okay.”
“Now I understand.”
“It will never be okay.”
“What I want is not a room.”
“What I want is to uproot her from this family.”
Lam Man cried and shook her head.
“No.”
“I just lack a sense of security.”
I looked at her.
“Your sense of security.”
“Why should I exchange it for my house?”
Luong Tinh gave me the receipt.
“At three o'clock in the afternoon there is still a property damage confirmation item that needs you to sign.”
“I suggest taking photos today to keep all records.”
Lam Man was immediately alert.
“What property loss?”
Lawyer Tham replied:
“If it is determined that there has been intentional destruction of other people's property.”
“The victim has the right to request compensation.”
Trinh Ngoc Cam immediately became angry.
“A few torn books with some old photos and still asking for compensation?”
I picked up the damaged album.
“There are things money cannot compensate for.”
“But the debt still has to be calculated.”
Lam Man gritted her teeth.
“Just how much do you want to force me?”
I looked straight into her eyes.
“Until you admit it.”
“You are not being wronged.”
“But being greedy.”
That afternoon. Three groups of people arrived in the house one after another.
